Kosha Fit was founded in September 2020 by Jordan Artman as a sustainable activewear company with a purpose. The company has a goal to inspire a life of balance, self-discovery, and connection to your truest essence and this came from Artman's own transformation following her graduation from Florida State University.

Artman was enrolled in an immersion program with Coby Kozlowski where she learned about the kosha teachings and they were a tangible way for her to connect with her most authentic and show up in alignment.

The Kosha Fit logo represents the five koshas, or layers of being - physical body, energy and breath, mind, wisdom and non-judgement, bliss and enlightenment. We are our highest and most authentic selves when the five koshas are in alignment. Each layer is represented as a line on the logo to keep those teachings top of mind.
