In partnership with Barry’s, STAY FIT 305 is offering a special edition of the popular Barry’s Outdoors HIIT styled workout at the 1212 Lincoln Road parking garage.
Enjoy a picturesque view of South Beach as Sammi Stonish leads you through one of the renowned Barry’s sweats.
Tickets must be purchased ahead of time and will not be sold at the door.
If you’ve never been to a STAY FIT 305 event before, then you are in for a treat. If you have been to a STAY FIT 305 event before, then make sure to reserve a spot for a friend and introduce them to our amazing community that you’ve helped build! We’ll have special surprises for those in attendance.
