Following much anticipation and excitement, SOL Yoga, known for its stunning studios, infrared-heated workout, and yoga classes, has finally opened its doors in the heart of Sunset Harbour. Located at 1811 Purdy Ave, the completely renovated space also has a smoothie bar and lifestyle boutique with cryotherapy soon to be offered.

“I truly believe today more than ever, we need more places like SOL Yoga that give us a sense of community and connection," said founder Catherine DeFrancesco. "For years, I’ve wanted to open a SOL in Sunset, as I just love the neighborhood and its variety of eclectic businesses.”

DeFrancesco calls yoga the 'secret of life', hence the name SOL, and her mission is to give people a place to elevate their health, to connect with others, and to ultimately live their best life.

The new location in Sunset Harbour spans over 3,500 square feet and has been completely renovated to include amenities such as showers, lockers, a smoothie bar, lifestyle boutique, and a cryotherapy chamber to be revealed soon.

While the original SOL Yoga in Wynwood is now closed for further construction, the Fort Lauderdale location – and now Sunset Harbour - are just the start for this thriving brand, with more expansions underway.

Unlike traditional ‘hot yoga’, infrared heat gently warms the body during classes at SOL, penetrating deep into your cells causing the release of stored toxins while increasing circulation, fat burning and immunity.

Led by some of Miami’s most sought after instructors, SOL Yoga offers an array of their signature yoga and workout classes that includes SOL Flow, Power, Hot Pilates and Sculpt, offering something for everyone at any level.

To celebrate the grand opening of Sunset Harbour, SOL Yoga is offering free classes all week long. There’s also a Founder’s Special with class packages at their lowest (best) prices for a limited time.
