Whether you are a hard-core yogi or just getting started and looking for a spot to zen out and power up, Anuttara Yoga Deerfield + Delray Beach is the place for you.Classes are held all day everyday with both heated and unheated yoga options – including a vinyasa barre (highly recommended).I have been taking classes at Anattura Yoga off and on for years and can say that the instructors never disappoint. Most recently, I had the pleasure of taking Cliff’s 4:30PM class Anuttara Vinyasa on Sunday, and I tell ya, that hour and a half was work work work, all the way through.Cliff is the real deal; his Sanskrit is on point and technique is even better!“No Shavasana before the final Shavasana,” Cliff tells one student as he lies on his yoga mat trying to recoup. – love it!This class was a hot vinyasa. Oh, yes- sweat on my friends. What I enjoy most about the heated classes at Anuttara Yoga is that they know how to heat it up without making the room a humid steamy mess.
