Coral Gables say hi to Solidcore! The studio is open now for classes and will officially celebrate their Grand Opening on Saturday, December 2 with raffles, vendors, and a live DJ.
With 4 other locations across South Florida, you may already be familiar with their 50 minute classes of low-impact strength training designed to break down muscles to failure. The high-intensity workouts help you build strength on a stronger foundation than before. This is all done on a Pilates-inspired reformer called sweatlana, utilizing springs for various levels of tension and resistance training, with the lights down and the music up.
"At Solidcore, we don’t shy away from hard things; we seek them out," said Marisa Herron, area manager for the Florida studios. "The result is a transformed body and mind. So, lean into the work and see the difference for yourself."
Solidcore's core workout utilizes slow and controlled movements scientifically designed to break down muscles to failure so they build back stronger. Classes are designed with a rotating monthly muscle focus to maximize the workout and deliver balanced bodies. New to Solidcore? They also have a Beginner50 class to help you understand how to follow your coach's cues, implement proper form, and execute exercises effectively. Existing clients will say the vibes, coaches, and the workout itself are all their favorite parts of Solidcore.
The Coral Gables studio has lockers and also offers validated parking. Right now there are still special founder's memberships available for a limited time. You can also buy class packs or single classes.
The studio is located at 111 Palermo Ave, Suite 210, on the 2nd level. You can also find Solidcore studios in Brickell, Midtown, Aventura, and Boca Raton. For more information check out Instagram @solidcore or solidcore.co.
