The concept of using a mini trampoline to workout is something that Michaela Szotkowska says is very popular in Europe although still rare in the United States. Szotkowska, an instructor of Jumping Fitness at Sexy Sassy Strong Fitness here in Miami, would love for everyone to embrace their inner child and experience a great workout using trampolines.

The workout:

Jumping is a dynamic fitness training system that incorporate high cardio intensity training with low impact and feels more like a party than it does working out. The basis of jumping is a combination of fast and slow jumps, dynamic sprints, and power elements in combination with balancing elements.

What makes Jumping Miami unique:

"Jumping Fitness Class, also known as rebounding fitness, is quite unique. Only a few places are offering this type of class," said Szotkowska. "We are doing big events, parties, and we have so much fun on mini trampoline. My dream is building a big jumping community here."
