One of those classes includes Aqua Jogging, a cardio-focused, endurance-based class that strengthens the lower body and abdominal muscles by using water treadmills. Want to take your water exercising skills further? Try the Water Circuit class, which incorporates water bikes, water treadmills, and even aqua trampolines.Classes at WaterBiking Studio utilize the resistance created as your body moves through the water. Before you know it, you will feel your whole body working. Exercising in water is easy on the joints and gentle on the body, and can help to improve joint flexibility or aid in the active recovery of the body.“Hydrostatic pressure from the water massages the skin and muscles, resulting in lymphatic drainage," says Benjamin Ybarra, WaterBiking Studio Manager. "This effect also leads to improved blood circulation and the reduction of cellulite."
