Red Bike

Localto Miami, Red Bike takes inspiration from their city. Join the "RedPack" aka their devoted riders in classes like Redbike 30/30, which is 30minutes of spinning followed by 30 minutes of abs and booty, or check theschedule for a themed ride like neon.

Equinox offers themed rides and road rides that feature climbs and intervals at each of its five South Florida locations. If you are looking for more of a challenge, try The Pursuit: Burn. This class uses gaming technology that projects your progress along with the team's progress of the room to bring out your competitive side.
