Beginning this weekend, Carillon Miami Wellness Resort in Miami Beach is partnering with MindTravel for a full-immersive underwater music experience. That's right - this unique event takes place in the pool.

Described as a live piano concert meets floating meditation, this experience allows you to float weightlessly in the water using pool noodles, or swim and dance underwater as music plays. Murray Hidary is the multi-disciplinary artist and tech pioneer behind MindTravel and his real-time compositions are amplified through high-end underwater speakers from Lubell Labs. The goal is to propel you into the realm of the unconscious mind while experiencing new levels of reflection and rejuvenation through this immersive experience.

Experience this for yourself on the following dates and times at the Carillon:

  • Sunday, February 20 at 5:00 pm (sign in begins at 4:30 pm) and 7:00 pm (sign in begins at 6:30 pm)
  • Thursday, March 10 at 5:00 pm (sign in begins at 4:30 pm) and 7:00 pm (sign in begins at 6:30 pm)
  • Sunday, April 10 at 5:00 pm (sign in begins at 4:30 pm) and 7:00 pm (sign in begins at 6:30 pm)

Guests planning to float should bring a bathing suit and towel, and goggles are suggested. The pool will be heated. If you wish to enjoy the music outside of the pool, there is also a ticket option for that.

The Carillon Miami Wellness Resort is located at 6081 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. For more information or to purchase tickets, click here.
