The Focused Movement Academy (FMA) in Miami is hosting an Obstacle Course Race Event on Saturday, August 14 in support of the Warrior Focus Foundation, a local non-profit.

The FMA will have over 20 obstacles held at their gym for a great cause. The event will consist of a 1 mile team qualifier. After that, the top 4 teams will advance to the 5K final round for a chance to win a cash prize, free OCR training, and more.

There will also be a spectator zone with vendors, snacks, and food trucks to make it a fun-filled day for the entire family.

This is a team-based event with teams consisting of two members - one male and one female. The entry fee is $120 per team. All fitness levels are welcome, even if you have no obstacle experience. The FMA's Spartan SGX coaches will be on site to guide you through every step.

All proceeds will benefit the Warrior Focus Foundation, which brings obstacle course racing to at-risk youth in Miami to set them up for a bright and limitless future.
