FORM50 is relocating to a new studio in Wynwood. Beginning next week, find them at 51 NW 26th Street in the Sentral Wynwood building.

FORM50 is designed to strengthen your core, amp your endurance, and build your balance for a stronger, leaner body that uncovers major definition. The low-impact interval workout, also known as LIIT, is done on a specialized Formformer. Your FORM50 Coach will guide you through slow and controlled functional movements with time under tension to the beat of a playlist that keeps you pushing hard.

The new studio will have more space, additional Formformers, a top-of-the-line sound system, two bathrooms, and their signature neon lights. They will also continue to have retail, including Year of Ours, Alo Yoga, and Free People. Parking will be available on the street or in the garage.

In order to make the move, the current studio will be closed beginning this Thursday and FORM50 will be reopening the following Monday, January 31 for classes at the new location.

For more information on classes, check out form50fitness.com and find them on Instagram at @form50fitness.
